They are looking to fill multiple positions of Process & Integration Engineer – MEMS (Senior / Principal Staff) to meet their expansion needs primarily in Singapore. Those with the necessary experience in MEMS fabrication and Process Integration will be highly sought and will be considered for senior roles.
JOB SCOPE
- MEMS process research and development with tools hands-on, systematic research method, good data analysis and reporting skill
- Conduct paper research, process simulation and DOE verification to fully understand existing process input output correlation and continuous improving the process
- Conduct paper research, generate new idea, process simulation and plan DOE verification to develop new process for new product or breakthrough existing process to further strengthen the process margin and process robustness
- Study, make up of internal and external to fabricate samples and characterize the new material and different material for improving current and future application.
- Evaluate and study new process types, tools type and possible making recommendation for consumable selection. Further work involves concept proofing and qualification to fulfill both existing and new process requirement
- Core team member in the device project from concept to production. Oversee and troubleshooting process & integration processing to meet milestones, in order to achieve group project deliverable timelines. Objective is to manage, lower or eliminate the process and sample risks.
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Process /integration and equipment owner, hands-on and work as a researcher with the responsibility to uphold the robustness of existing process and generate new idea, new processing method to enhance MEMS fabrication technique
- Work with the MEMS team to deliver sample for product development within the project schedule
- Stay on top of the cutting edge by continuously doing academic study, collaborate with tools vendor, conduct DOE and filing IP and submit publications on the new idea
- Research and develop new processing method for new material and new product requirement
- Stay on top of state-of the art and filing of IP for new processing method
- Support project schedule without delay
- Fully comprehend the tool’s performance and process input output interaction
- Uphold existing process robustness with continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Micro-electronics, Mechanical and related engineering field.
- Minimum 4-5 years experiences in any process integration in semiconductor or MEMS fabrication field are preferred, such as filters, gyroscope, RFMEMS, silicon-based microphones, piezo based microphones, actuators etc.
- Design of Experiment, process/material/devices simulation, statistical analysis, Microsoft words/excel/power point and last but not least, portray a win-win teamwork, pleasant, proactive, firm personality, with good interpersonal skills and effective communication.
