✅ Develop and grow sales opportunities within the industrial automation sector
✅ Build relationships with OEMs, Machine Builders, System Integrators, and Manufacturing Customers
✅ Drive new business development and account growth strategies
✅ Present technical solutions that improve customer productivity and performance
✅ Manage quotations, proposals, negotiations, and successful project closures
✅ Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver customer success
✔ 5-10 years of B2B technical sales experience
✔ Experience within Industrial Automation, Motion Solutions, Factory Automation, Drives, or related industries
✔ Established industry networks and strong customer-facing capabilities
✔ A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
✔ Engineering or Technical Background preferred
