Corporate Finance Manager

Our client is leading real estate solutions provider in Singapore, with core engineering expertise in the design-and-build and development of smart eco-sustainable business park and industrial developments. Currently, they are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager who will be reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Identifying and securing merger & acquisition deals, managing and investing large monetary funds, and buying and selling financial products
- Steers the financial direction of the business, and undertakes all strategic financial planning and reporting to stakeholders
- Handle all aspects of large transactions for a business, including due diligence
- Advise on how to meet targets and create investment capital
- Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations
- Generating finance from shares and loans
- Use financing modelling to predict outcomes
- Support in targeting and winning business
- Negotiate and structure financial details
- Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
- Prepare legal documents and prospectuses
- Assess and predict financial risks and returns
- Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies
- Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations
- Managing and coordinating procurement
- Any other projects and tasks assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree in Finance
- Strong finance modeling skills
- Proven track record
- Experience at board level
- Management and leadership abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong commodity technical knowledge
- Self-initiative responds to internal and external customer needs.
