System Architect

Our client is a well-established leader in their field with products serving both the Commercial and Public Sectors. With close to 40 years of impressive track-record and achievements, they count amongst their technology partners, some of the world’s leading public listed organizations in both NYSE and NASDAQ. Currently, they are looking for a System Architect.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert and thought leader in solution and system design architecture that satisfies our clients’ system requirements, performance, security, and cost to meet and achieve intended outcomes
- Design and architect enterprise systems leveraging best practices to achieve system performance, scalability, and security
- Documentation of system architectures through formal communications to key stakeholders, ensuring system constraints and key impact factors are respected for and complied with
- Maintain strong engagement with key system owners and major stakeholders within client organizations
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information technology engineering, or related field
- Minimal 4 years of working experience in system architecting or leading roles in system implementation for large enterprise systems. This includes:
- Resolving and optimizing implementation gaps that deviate from architecture patterns and standards
- Establishing verification criteria to ensure critical aspect validation within constraints of the system architecture
- Proven experience in architecting system for On-Premise, Hybrid and Cloud-Hosted
- Good knowledge of architecture and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for clearly articulating, documenting and explaining of design decisions
- Possess effective presentation and relationship building skills
