Human Resources Executive


Our client is an established and well-diversified group of companies, with building construction & civil engineering being one of their core activities. Currently, they are seeking for Senior/ HR Executive to support their continual growth.


  • Provide full spectrum of HR operational support
  • Provide guidance to employees in compliance with company policies
  • Update and maintain relevant HR info databases
  • Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
  • Handle MOM related survey
  • Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned


  • Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Administration/Studies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant human resource experience in construction industry
  • Exposure in participating in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations – added advantage
  • Experience in HRIQ and event management will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailed with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
  • Positive and able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
  • Good in MS Office applications particularly MS Words and Excel
