Senior HSSEQ Executive

Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for Senior HSSEQ Executive to maintain Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality performance of the terminals/operations, including but not limited to:-
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Participating and abiding by all HSEQ policy, procedures and rules to ensure that the workplace is a safe environment and services are delivered to client’s requirements
- Maintaining HSSEQ management system documentation, manuals, procedures, forms, checklists, risk assessments, statistics
- Administration and record keeping e.g. MOC, DCN, reports, audits, inspections, licenses etc
- Executing required controls mandated by management system
- Inspecting terminal areas to ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and codes of practice, guidelines, and clients’ requirements and generally recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices.
- Coordinates and communicates with Client on HSEQ projects/programs/campaigns
- Conducting and generating reports for HSSEQ internal & external audits, client assessments, authority assessments, table-top exercises and drills. Close follow up to complete safety actions
- Reporting and addressing of any potential hazards, near misses, mini-audits, NCs and other incidents
- Planning, Developing and Delivering of HSSEQ training for staff, visitors, contractors, hauliers and CERT Term
- Responding to Non-conformities, Near Misses and Accidents to provide support to Operations, CERT Team and other departments. Investigates and provide recommendations to address root causes of the non-conformities, near misses and accidents. Follow up and close incident actions promptly
- Prepare and organize Monthly HSSEQ Committee Meetings and Monthly HSSE trainings
- Responsible for Site Security and managing Security Agency providing 24 hours site security services
- Duties as assigned by superior
- Cover duties upon absence of team member
Health, Safety, Fire Safety, Environment
- Carry out daily inspection at site
- Liaise with vendors, contractors to maintain emergency and fire safety equipment
- Perform fire alarm testing after 6pm
- Assist the manager in organising Fire Drills, CERT Audits and Quarterly HSE Campaigns
- Enhance quality capabilities for chemical third-party logistics services and packaging
- Investigates and addresses client quality complaints
- Liaise with vendors, contractors to maintain emergency and security equipment
- Conducting of Quarterly Night Security Drill
Quality
- Enhance quality capabilities for chemical third-party logistics services and packaging

Security
- Liaise with vendors, contractors to maintain emergency and security equipment
- Conducting of Quarterly Night Security Drill
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role in a logistics, manufacturing, petrochemical and/or industrial environment
- Preferably minimum of 1 year working experience on Jurong Island
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong operational background and a keen eye for details
- WAH (Work at Height) Supervisor or Manager. Ability to work at height and climb cat ladders
- Own a motorcycle or Class 3 driving license
- Proficiency in MS office applications and other in-house software
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety (Level C) and Health/Safety Health and Environment
- Preferably registered WSHO
- FSM registered
- Good to have some background with fire safety pump room testing/ valve operation (able to understand to ensure vendor is doing the right thing).
- Other equivalent WSH qualifications would be favourably considered i.e. Level D, NEBOSH
