SAP FICO Solution Architect / Manager

Our client is a global IT consulting firm and currently, they are searching for a SAP FICO Solution Architect / Manager. This is a delivery-focused role in an implementation project, managing complex delivery. Candidate must have implementation experience and be able to support Global Business Solution implementations by effective management of global end to end business processes including process re-engineering and process flow analysis.

PRE-REQUISITES

• Must have strong FICO working experience with all business partners and manage relationships
• Able to configure and end to end activities of integrated global business solution implementations
• Has management of assigned business solution projects including integrating plans with plans of other business partners under consulting background

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be part of full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post go live support experience
• Assess and recommend solutions according to scope and to resolve open design issues
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Configuration of SAP FICO to support scope; document configuration rationale
• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support all SAP processes
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP FICO processes
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of all work and assist with the user training and support where necessary.
• Plan, Manage and Lead the testing efforts and drive business partners to complete testing and approve solution
• Address, respond and resolve all service requests in most efficient and timely manner.
• Engage with business users and stakeholders to gauge business requirements and provide inputs from IT perspective.
• Regularly update business partners with progress of the work if issues cannot be resolved in expected time.
• Monitor and maintain system activities with focus on interfaces, batch jobs, short dumps, connectivity to internal and external systems.
• Guide and respond to business users of system use, business processes, testing and other system related inquiries.
• Plan milestone and deadline and provide progress update to various stakeholders and escalate in advance if timelines cannot be met with.
• Execution of allotted responsibilities in special projects and adhere to various deadlines of the projects.
• You will also be involved in project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have more than 10 working years in SAP environment; must have more than 3-4 years in consulting industry.
• Involved in at least 3-4 end to end cycle of SAP FICO in system configuration and implementation projects in consulting environment
• Strong experience in development of custom reports and enhancements.
• Strong organizational/planning skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in multi-tasking
• Have supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Able to start in a short notice period
