Finance Manager


Our client is a global logistics service provider MNC who manages contract logistics, freight logistics, port logistics and public transport. They are currently searching for a Finance Manager to lead their finance & admin department.


  • Manage full set of accounts
  • Handle all the local tax declarations
  • Ensure month-end and year-end closing activities within deadlines
  • Final discussion with management about monthly result
  • Assist in preparations for forecast and budgets
  • Assist in operational controlling and credit management
  • Participation in regular finance/accounting activities within the Group: weekly reports, monthly netting, yearly closing, yearly budgeting
  • Liaise with regional controlling team and external auditors/consultants
  • Perform financial analysis to management as needed based on Qliksense (for operational data) or RACC (financial reports)
  • Supervise ISO implementation. Ensure that the office is in full compliance with the ISO requirements and standards
  • Supervise general admin activities


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in leading a small team

  • Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, translating them to actions and business plans
